Organising Your Time

The British work some of the longest hours in Europe, and pressure to get things done has become one of our biggest stresses, carrying serious implications not only for our for health, but for our relationships and wellbeing.
Many of us spend so much time dealing with work priorities, that we have too little time left to devote to things that are personally meaningful. To get out of this rut, step back and think about what's really important to you, and have the courage to make this a priority in your life. Then, check that you're using time productively, so that you can quickly switch into 'efficient mode' when you need to.
