  • 2 large First Aid dressings
  • 2 finger dressings
  • 2 triangular bandages
  • 2 eye pads

Useful Additions

  • Blunt-ended scissors
  • Cotton wool (never place directly on a wound)
  • Tweezers
  • Tubular bandage
  • Adhesive tape

Portable Kit Additions

  • Torch
  • Blanket, survival bag
  • Whistle (to attract attention)
  • Plastic face shield or pocket facemask
  • Notepad and pencil

Make sure that you check your kit regularly and to restock items that have been used or replace items that are out of date.
